Have you seen your gynecologist about this? I do not know breast pain to be a part of any CFS diagnosis!!! The doctor to see is your GYN. He can rule out if you have inflammed breast tissue, or something like a cyst causing your discomfort.
Please check it out!! If you do that, and find out there's nothing wrong, you will have peace of mind. We all need that when dealing with this illness.
I think that when we have CFS, we want to box any new symptom that comes along as being related to this horrific illness. Not everything IS CFS. We need to check out new symptoms to be sure nothing else is going on!!

Our bodies are so complex and when we have CFS it can get confusing as to what is CFS and what isn't.
I pray you feel better and find out what is going on in the breast.

At one point I had an infected duct, and had brownish red discharge and a sore breast.
I agree with everyone else, if it were bilateral I might think oversensitivity due to CFS but as it is one, it bears seeing a gyno for an exam and perhaps an ultrasound.
Until then if you can get into a bath with some epsom salt and sink right in to let your chest get into the water it may soothe a bit...

The chest area contains several "tenderpoints", or painful nodules found in patients with FM.
I agree with everyone to have all pain in the chest checked out by a MD first in case it is a cardiac problem.
