I guess even this celebrity was not believed at first. Dang, what a syndrome! We are doubted before we even know what cfs is.

I'm noticing that doctors aren't telling us all the same things. Mine told me straight up that not all treatments work for all cfs patients, but many are worth a try. There also seems to be either a disagreement or lack of shared info in the medical community about cfs.
The regular doctor who referred me to the chronic fatigue clinic looked up cfs online after I said I think I might have it because it's the only thing I've read up on that comes close to fitting. Seriously, she did the same thing I did, looked it up. It would be so nice if regular practioners were trained in identifying and treating this.....
