Remember, with CFS the good days will come, and then the bad days may follow...where you can't keep your eyes open. This is the cycle of CFS. It's called crashing when you are too weak to function. It's something we get used to, but never appreciate very much. It is the feeling of exhaustion that defines the disease.
If you can learn to rest, every chance you get, you will be doing yourself the biggest favor, ever!! Try to do that. Using energy is what you are going to try and take control of now, so that you have some left at the end of the day!
