I am trying to get ready for a garage sale, gathering stuff, loved furniture, dishes etc. I have moved to a very small place and rented out my home due to reduced financial. So I don't need or have room for all antiques & lovely things. I need to sell them. Friends ask me when it will be and I have to say "I don't know, No date yet". Because I can only do a little on good days. Maybe it will be in two years! I am lucky to have a good friend helping me.
I just have to be patient with myself and do things at the pace I can do.
I hope you feel better soon.
functioning. I experience that more in the winter. Whenever it
happens, it is a difficult time to go through. I sometimes feel these
illnesses have a life of their own.
Moving can be very stressful. Also, having to let go of valued
items like people say here, can cause a sense of loss.
I hope things turn around for you. I cleared out a bunch of
magazines and 'stuff' last Friday, and now that it's done, I feel
a huge relief. It's so freeing just to have the open space and
know there's fewer things to keep track of. .
For me I must embrace change, loss, and then accept and move forward. It's not easy, I know. It takes time to process endurance of equanimity within myself ....
I will include you in my prayers Linda Prayer helps me get through change a great deal.
May you have more good days to come.
Gentle Hugs & Love
sometimes it all gets too difficult and you just lie in bed wanting to give up. We all know what you are going through and most of us have been there at one time or another. Hang on, hang on.....there is more life to be lived and some of it will be good.
I am in a flare and had to cancel my hair appointment today. In a few days I will be attending a wedding, grey hair and all. Hope my energy is better by then, but who knows.
At family events people always say Oh you look well, you must be feeling better! Sure, I say, much better, thank you.
Until the next flare.
