I do look forward to going to acupuncture, though, only because you get to lie and meditate while the needles are in and pray that it eventually does some good.
Did like the doctor - he tried hard & have me some valuable information but the treatments just did not help.
I looked at Gu syndrome and he did check my tongue and my pulse. My pulse was weak and slow so the opposite of someone with Gu.
Thanks for your advice. I did have a bad headache afterwards and then woke with a heavy head the next two mornings, but I think this is a good thing because it means the toxins are getting out??

I was uncertain that it did anything at first. Now I feel more certain about the results. It improves circulation. My feet stopped being cold...even for a few months after stopping treatment. I had shoulder pain that I woke up with that hurt no matter what position I was in. In 2 treatments it completely went away. Mostly it was relaxing. It was like mandatory stress reduction.
It definitely helps to mention all your symptoms and any changes. Like definitely mention you had a headache afterward. They adjusted what they did each time based on what was going on with me.
