So before diagnosis, I cried a lot because I thought I might die! Once diagnosed there was much less crying. But as soon as a crash/relapse starts and I hit week three....wondering how much longer, I have hit the crying stage again.
I was up all night last night. I'm crying now.
It's cathartic. Tears heal. It's ok!!
Crying is good medicine. It lets stress and tension and anger and a whole bunch of other crap out so it's not festering until you explode. Besides, it feels good.
I cry at lots of things. I can't get through the National Anthem without tears running down my cheek. My kids (38,35,34) have teased me about that for years.
I was almost dehydrated when I saw my granddaughter being born. Oddly enough I didn't cry the first time I held her.
Not everyone cries. That's okay. We're all different. Do what's best for you.
