Thank you! I thank God for you. Am on a 40 day spiritual journey. Am hoping to find a unique filling by God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit that I can take back to my everyday life so that I have reasonable expectations of the people around me. That I can discern what is mine to do. That I feel His provision and am safeguarded from the enemy's firey darts that he sends through those I thought trustworthy. Need a big dose of discernment of the Truth. am also asking that God contend w/ those that contend w/ me. Give them discernment of the evil they perpetrate so they will repent into God's loving way of life. If He must smite them, may they be dispatched quickly. At least may the affects of their actions be neutralized and i be protected.

May you find the love God in a new and fresh way during this special season.

I need a prayer,I am fighting so hard to get closer to God I pray every day and yet can not feel the closeness I need I ask the Lord for help is that wrong, ,I know he hears me and I keep waiting ,I know he will answer in his time ,my heart is broken and my body in pain. I seem to all ways be surrounded by death ,and it is the one thing I can not make sense of, My mother, father, husband ,baby, my 37 year old Denise, my best friend Sandy from breast cancer, my aunt and uncles, I do not understand,even though people tell me we must die to live I am afraid..I ask the Lord please take away my fear,for now I am afraid of every thing,pray for me,thank you,Shirley

Will be praying for you all here who have expressed so much of the same pain and attacks that I have also experienced. Please pray for the restoration of our relationship with our 32 yr old son and his wife so we can be a whole family again and for the giants keeping a wedge between us will be defeated in Jesus name. Pray I will not let the enemy come against my thoughts to bring me down during our time of estrangement from our son. We want to be able to see our grandchildren, too. Like Shirley, my heart has been broken because of the death of loved ones, and I ask for prayer that the fears I have because of these deaths can be lifted. I ask God for the "perfect love which casts out all fear".

I also fear the death of my living loved ones, especially my husband, who has diabetes and epilepsy, and my 31-year-old son, who is an alcoholic I don't want to live in bondage to these fears. I humbly request prayer that this burden of fear may be lifted from me, and that my loved ones may keep safe.

I need a prayer with my intrusive scary thoughts.i been having a rougj week with all the tragedys i am a firm believer in.god and am a christian. Im just a little lost, my anxiety levels are overly high this month to many hortiable things happening in the world and its hard for me to handle o get the what of thinking like wat if i turned crazy or hurt someone i dont want to i rather die than hurt someone else but when the emotions hit i wuestion my self i get soo scared i want to cry i just want to feel normal again i cant even waych the news pr. A scary movie it triggers these bad things . I sometimes want to cut my hands off sp i can insure my self i wont hurt someone everyone says its ocd pure o i dont know thoughi hope im not crazy it scares me im tired of feeling lost i feel like im the only one out there w this.but iget told its a normal anxiety thing that the stuff uu fear the most your incapable of doing please pray five me ur insight what shpuld i do i pray to gpd and it does help. I love ppl and i dont know y im doubting myelf now

Thank you for doing this. I have been in constant physical pain now for a year and a half. I suffer with daily headpain which is constant and has worn me down. The last few weeks the pain has got so bad it has turned into migraines and left me breaking down and worn out. But the pain still comes and I feel drained and broken by it. I am in despair and depressed and anxious. My anxiety is made worse because I am dreading the pain even though I am already in it. It takes so much just to endure it that I feel worn out and have breakdowns and cry which makes my head worse. I feel desparate and lonely. I live alone and spend hour afer hour day after day in pain. I feel broken and destroyed by pain. Please pray for the pain to end.

I've just been diagnosed with RA, and I've always been very sick. I was diagnosed with RA about a week ago. I'm still devastated and very scared by all this. I've always had a very tough time fighting off infections and with getting infections and being sick a lot along with other health conditions causing me severe pain and/or putting my life in severe danger. I have just went to the ER two days ago and have not been able to pay the bill from the last time that I went not too long ago. I had an unusually severe migraine and having swollen knuckles that I got told to follow up with a specialist with for. I'm hurting very badly lately, and I'm not able to get around very well because I'm on crutches because of a badly sprained ankle. I heal very slowly. I recently was having a lot of knee pain and noticed that there are cyst like bumps all over my shin. There are some on my arm too. There are a whole lot of them, and it hurts to touch them like a bad bruise. I'm really scared because with the way things are going, it's probably something serious. I've been so sick for so long, and I'm exhausted. I wish my life was better than this because I feel like it's really gone downhill drastically. My family seems to think I'm a chronic over-exaggerater. Both knees are terribly bad right now. I have been having problems with hypoglycemia, fibromyalgia, severe daily migraines, panic attacks, female issues causing severe pain, severe GI problems, and now all this. Every night I just pray so hard that all this pain can just go away and that I won't get any sicker. I spend every waking moment hoping that things will get better. I'm just hurting so bad, and the drugs that modify the RA lower your immunities. Mine are already low. A lot of them are contraindicated if you get infections easily or can't fight off infections very well. I can't imagine getting sicker or having anything else. It seems like things are getting worse and worse for me, and I'm in need of a miracle. I'm so scared right now, and I have little support in my everyday life because people don't understand. I just want to feel better and not have anything else wrong. I don't feel normal and feel like people think that I couldn't possibly have all this wrong with me so young, but I do. It is so painful, and I'm crying so badly right now. I haven't been able to really stop crying for very long lately, and I'm scared things are going to get worse.

I am new here and yes I need much prayer for me and the saints in Christ as satan is really attacking families any way he can. Thank You and God Bless!

I am new to this group. I've been a member of D.S. for about 7 years, but I haven't been on in a couple of years. I have P.T.S.D., severe anxiety (really bad social anxiety right now), depression and was diagnosed several months ago with sleep apnea and really low vitamin d, b12 and iron levels. I survived 20 years in an abusive marriage. I have 2 daughters that are in college. I am seeing a Christian counselor and the doctor I've been seeing for about one year is helping me, but I'm still not where I need to be. She reminds me of how "sick" I was when I started seeing her, but that doesn't really help. I'm trying to focus more on God instead of my problems, but it's not easy for me to focus on anything else.

I need friends, but I've been hiding from the world off and on for a long time. I would appreciate your prayers. Thank you and God bless all of you.

Oh, and the physical pain I have is from being hit by a drunk driver about 3 months after I left my abusive ex-husband. I have degenerative discs, arthritis and neuritis in my neck. It's just frustrating. Thank you again for your prayers.
