Hello and thank you to any who might read this. This is just something I felt compelled to share. I have always had the feeling of not belonging. The feeling that life is like watching a TV show. I have often wondered why. Through prayer, reading my Bible, and personal struggles, it came to me. This isn't my home. The world is a sinful place. It shouldn't feel like home. Belonging is not of this world. Those that know where Home is help others to find Home. All through the love of The Homemaker. That is where we belong. Feeling alienated or out of place should feel normal in this world. It is very good that we have others who know The Truth and help us till we get Home. Life is finding The Truth and sharing It with others. Home is The Kingdom which will be on Earth as it is in Heaven. The Homemaker is Our Lord And Savior Jesus Christ. So if even you feel out of place, know that it is normal. Being strange can be a wonderful thing. God loves us as strange strangers of Earth. He waits for us at Home, as His Love carries us here. I just felt compelled to share that. I hope it made sense. Thank you and God Bless.

Yes, we do need to focus on God and serving him. And he is the ultimate source, of joy, peace and love.

But we do live in these bodies, and we need to seek out others. There is no such thing as a Lone Ranger Christian. I hope you can find a good church, where the love of God is demonstrated.

Thank you for the kind words. My post was mainly about not feeling shame about feeling strange. The ways of The Lord are strange to this world. Love your enemy and turn the other cheek are very strange to this world, especially in today's political climate. Sharing The Word will always require others. Every life matters, no matter how lost. We are never alone as He is with us always. I hope I explained that better. Thank you and God Bless.

Now I understand what you mean! And yes, I was humiliated and shamed when I got RA, when it was not healed. But, God has used it for good. I have done a lot of reading and research on this heresy, and it has given me strength!

God never leaves us! He is ministering to us by the Holy Spirit all the time! And one day, in eternity, we will be healed, and like you say, at home! I look forward to that glorious day!

But in the meanwhile, I want to redeem the time! I want my children and grandchildren to have a strong walk with Christ! Christ commanded us to make disciples, in both Matthew and Luke.

"Then Jesus came near and said to them, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go, therefore, and make disciples of[a] all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember,[b] I am with you always, to the end of the age.”" Matt 28:18-20

I am not always preaching the gospel as I should be, but I do love to teach and make disciples. That means sharing both the Bible, and what God has done in my life.

Thank you. I am often amazing that what I write down is legible at all. lol It is very important to explain things, in case someone else might be reading and not understand. I understand my friend. I truly believe my awful anxiety/depression stems from me not belonging here. I just wish I knew why I was here. What is my purpose? I feel so lost most days. God help us all and God bless you.

Thank you for the reply. I believe that everyone is important, as God loves us all. Sadly too many deny that love. But as with the story of the Good Samaritan, we are to help out all in need. That is a wonderful purpose. I fight on praying that I might aide just one person, then think on the next. Think of how great it is at the possibility of being used to save someone's life. We belong to God, and must do His work. We are His hands and feet. It is like going to work, and just waiting to go home when our work is done. Not only is it work, but it is Holy work. Sadly many jobs are much harder then others. The harder the job means the more that we need The Lord to carry us on. In my situation from my depression, I know I need The Lord everyday. If I would take that for granted without depression, then I am blessed by depression. Today was a difficult day, but The Lord carried me yet again. Praise His Name! :) Thank you, again. I have struggled with anxiety, depression and depersonalization my whole life. I remember being a little girl and thinking "this is tv for sure," i felt like everything was fake. I found out I wasn't alone with this feeling thanks to the internet not too long ago, but I have never read it explained so beautifully. Amen! What a glorious day it will be when we are celebrating eternal life with Christ. Thank you for these beautiful words.
