This is a place for everyone who loves Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior (or those who are seeking Him), to come and discuss important issues in their lives and find support from fellow believers in regards to their faith and life. We uphold the Bible and living a Christ-like life, not as a way to heaven, but as a reflection of our love for God.
My Ex, died this morning at 3:06 a.m. She slipped into a coma at 10pm last night. My daughter, my son-in-law and my son was with her. I am so proud of them. They were with her through it all. I am so glad I went to see her Monday. I sat on the bed, held her hand and, just for a few moments, we had a talk from my heart to hers.
She is with the Lord now, no more cancer, no more suffering and, no more pain. She would have been 66 in July. This ordeal has been very hard for me. I met her when she was a little blond haired, blue eyed, 6th grader.
She was my high school sweetheart and my only girlfriend I had. We married in 1964. She was 16, I was 19.
Just kids. So many memories, so many special times, so many tears through the years.
Thanks for all your prayers and words of comfort and encouragement. I thank all of you and, God bless you.
