Last week my best friend, a bank teller, was robbed at gunpoint. It took her a week to talk about it with me. Last night she spoke of her fear, of her terror, even now. She has great anger toward the bank. This particular branch had been robbed before. Always after they let the security guard go. Two women, one bank, by themselves. They have not offered time off or counseilling. A gun was fired and grazed her ear. She may have permanent hearing loss. She is terrified. They guy knows what she looks like, what her car looks like and where she works. She is having physical side effects as well. And no one at the bank seems to care. The other woman was able to take time off and she wasn't. I tried to get her to see a counselor but she is afraid that if she breaks down she will never recover. Please, please pray for my friend.
