Yes, we certainly do spend a ;lot of time trying to figure it out, don't we??? I like this guy, well said about everything, THX Ishallweerp. We are all searching for answers to being estranged and ganged up on. Know that we are becoming more like Jesus in that HE was loved and hated and abandoned by his friends at a crucial time and yet HE said "Father forgive them for they know not what they do" . Going thru this Journey , I am realizing that the goal of this life is to become more like HIM so we suffer to become refined, as a lump of coal in the earth , after years of fire and pressure turns into a diamond (Jesus) xo

It occurred to me yesterday that Christ had a much more difficult burden of loneliness than we could ever imagine ourselves. Yes, we hurt so much from estrangement but this is usually only one or a few of our family and friends. All forsake Christ. So I pray that we can move closer to Christ in our journey for He truly understands and loves us. I so agree with you stargrlskater7 that our goal is to become more like Him. This video is important to us because it does show reasons for the behavior of our EC or family from us. Much appreciate this opportunity to view and perhaps better understand why people have to have a scapegoat. Thank you, Ishallwearpurple

Oh wow what wonderful wisdom and insight - thank you for sharing everyone. Much more positive than the video and more fitting how Christ had such a terrible burden of loneliness and pain - emotional first and then the physical pain, his tears mingling with his blood down his dear loving face He who was so innocent like a lamb to the slaughter and God had to turn his back on His only son...and there he was forsaken, alone - no panacea to remove his pain - oh He just had to go through it, there was no turning back. He was mocked by people he would have loved - he did not raise up in anger or spit at them from the cross no, he said "Father forgive them because they just don't know what they are doing - they are innocent!" and he even showed mercy to a murderer on the cross - at a time when he could just have been thinking of coping with his own suffering. Oh how much this sweet Saviour did for us! Thank You Jesus. May we always keep this vision before us when we too, feel alone.

We can't possibly even begin to know the suffering Christ endured. It is staggering.Not only on earth but then in Hell. I have been to Jerusalem and it does leave you a different person. We of course don't see the blood and guts but you can see the ways that he walked and possibly where he was held captive. Then Golgotha , it is a very sobering and humbling experience, which I think all christians should do if they are able.

KNOWLEDGE IS INDEED POWER!!! If anyone else here has not considered that they have been a victim of someone else who has NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder), I promise you, LIGHT BULBS WILL GO OFF FOR YOU when you come to understand what people do to others that have NPD! And so, I highly encourage anyone to listen to this video. Learning about NPD, has set me free from a lifetime of wondering, self-doubting and pain.
