I do believe that God is in control, but I do not believe it is healthy to live with the expectation that our estranged children will come back to us in our lifetimes. God does not always give us what we want and we have to accept that.

God is with us, of that I have no doubt. He can restore our joy in spite of our circumstances, including the estrangement of our children.

AMEN!!! LORD JESUS loves us and through us. Only His love is limitless and unending. We cannot, but His can.

Through faith and power of the Holy Spirit, God’s love can be depended upon, leaned upon, and drawn upon. God’s love flows on when human love has been expended, and the resources of His love will never be depleted. Love at this level is something far beyond what human love can give. Human love, although sincere and sacrificial, has its limitations and weaknesses. God is the only source of love without limits and whose love does not fail.
