Blessed CHRISTmas my friends,

As CHRISTmas is upon us we think of the greatest gift we could ever have received, Jesus. "For God so loved
the world He gave." How can we measure God's love to us? We can say, "Thank you for sending Jesus. I love you, Jesus."

I may cry in church, tonight, but most of my thoughts and gratitude will be to God for the beautiful gift of His son who is our Light. He is our Light in this dark,hurting world and our Light for eternity with Him. This life is short but eternity lasts forever. Thank you Jesus!

I love each of you and am thankful for the caring and support we bring to one another. May God bring each of you Christmas peace as we rest in Jesus.

Merry Christmas Linda. Your words are really inspiring. The true meaning of Christmas is Jesus Christ. Its not about family, even though its nice having them around. I will honor God by lighting a candle and thanking God that he sent his only begotten son to die for my sins. I dont need family to honor my Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Merry Christmas to all of you!! I have prayed and will keep praying for all of us and our EC's. God has a plan for all of us. I am a little sad today and will probably cry tomorrow, but I am truly blessed and will hold on tight to all God has given me. I know His love is only love I can count on! Thank you Linda joan and all of you who have helped me and supported me and everyone on here.

It is such a blessing to be able to come here on this special day and see the love of the Lord and the outreach of support you all have for each other during this most difficult trial of our lives. This trial will pass in time one way or another, but it is how we endure this trial and how we use it to encourage and strengthen each other that will not pass from us. We take it with us when we are called home to be with the Lord when our time on earth is up.

At times through this trial, and other trials of a different nature, I have felt so alone and so abandoned by everyone - but there is a verse in scripture that I hold onto...."It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.” This verse is in the Old Testament in Deuteronomy 31:8. It is a verse that is especially meaningful and significant to me because it tells me that the Lord God has been with everyone of us since he walked and talked with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. His promise had held firm throughout generation after generation and it has not left his chosen few since then, nor will he abandon us at any time in the future.
