I just posted something similar without realizing it. I'm going to think about this, there is much I could write but there's not enough time to write them all = )

The Lord has answered numerous prayers. One was my move to Oregon. It took two yrs but I'm here and in a wonderful house with a wonderful Christin landlady. Another was to get out of my last job where the boss just did'nt like me and tried every which way to get rid of me but could'nt because she had no reason for it. It again took two years but I have gotten another job where they appreciate me. Alot of things have been given to me even before I know I need them. It's only after I have it that I realize it was a gift from God and I needed it.

i think god knew my whole life that i needed peace and quiet. growing up in a household with fighting, abuse , fear, addiction- i grew to be someone without any wings..after choosing a horrible life, and falling for a bad person, and doing drugs, and drinking- i was given a chance- one chance,..a train ticket 3000 miles away from where i was. i prayed for one thing...God give me peace..
Now, i am married and live on, in my opinon, one of the most beautiful little pieces of land i could dream of,..the peace comes from the gift to stay home and raise my daughter- to be the wife i used to talk about in my dreams- to have a clean house, and kiss my husband when he comes home, and make us a nice meal, and say grace, and stand on the porch and watch a rainstorm come from miles in the distance. God knew for me to survive and draw close to him, i would need to see him in everyday. And when i see all those millions of stars, and think that He knows each one by name, when i walk under the aspen trees and they dance just for me-i realize God truly truly knows each one of us- and though our prayers may seem unanswered- if we could, we'd see that His anwers are always the ones we would dream of in the end...lol

It is amazing how God answers our prayers!! And being patient in letting Him give us the answer is one of the hardest challenges to overcome. We have to realize that He really does hear and answer us. It is us who needs to be patient and really LISTEN to what His desires and blessing are for us.
I have prayed for over 30 years now that I would find my biological family (mother and any half sibilings that I may have). I had about given up when God placed in front of me the right road to take on the very long journey that I have taken to find out some answers. All my hopes, dreams, and prayers are finally coming true this next week! I will have the greatest blessing of meeting 2 half sisters for the very first time!
So yes, God does hear and answer our prayers. We have to have the patience and not give up. We need to keep in mind that He is on a very different time line than we are. He loves us so very much and NEVER gives up on us!!!
