Jesus has and is healing me..I would be nothing without His love! I am so grateful

Interesting. I wonder if those rejected by society transition more smoothly to focus on the eternal rather than the earthly. Those in society are less inclined to heed the doctor- they deny they are sick. Insiders, like the Pharisees, don't want to wait for reward in heaven, they are running things on earth.

Here is another thought,,Since I have been rejected, I am able to empathise with others who have as well.Here is the GOOD news!! Jesus NEVER rejects us

I am reminded of the Luke 15:7, "Just so, I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance." It is the ones who are lost sheep that need Jesus' attention. It is the persons who had inadvertently or divertingly not chosen him for the first parts of their lives, and chose to follow him... chose to leave all the comfort that sin / self indulgence brought and all they knew. It is why Jesus teaches us to follow in his footsteps as believers and try and help bring his love, his word, his example to those who are lost. The new commandments speak of this, love thy neighbor, turn the other cheek when someone has wronged you, etc. what he preached most (other than loving God first) is that we are to be generous, loving, forgiving, merciful to others who do not know Jesus, so they will get a glimpse of him in us... and hopefully inspire them to seek him. If you show mercy or love to someone who has wronged you, they are not expecting them, it might anger them, or make them feel uncomfortable because it is not what they know.

Sorry, I may have gone a little off topic... it is however something that's been on my mind lately and I find it inspiring within me. Every scripture, every word I read from the lord has in coincidently brought this thought back to me.

To me it shows the great lengths our Lord will go to in order to draw us to him. The parables of the woman searching for the coin and shepherd leaving his flock to find the one that had gone astray come to mind.

There’s a say I like alot. It goes; A church is a hospital for sinners. With this in mind, no one follower of Jesus is without a history of sin. Not one has ever been perfect without guilt. All followers has a history of sin and a life at least, once lived in sin. Also, if only the righteous were to follow Jesus, than I beg to ask, who is really be save then? If only those who have no sin to be saved from shall follow, who will be saved?

I am not a righteous man or of no history of sin. I am as guilty as anyone of sin and broken spirit. Going to church helps me heal, but my doctor would be Jesus as only he can cure what ails me.

JESUS touches the lives of everyone who comes to Him for healing. He is the great healer who can heal all the broken places in our lives. He can comfort those who are hurting. He can heal those whose bodies are falling apart. He can heal our minds when they are filled with anxiety and fear. He can heal our hearts when they are broken by betrayal. He can heal our souls when they are filled with sin. He won’t turn you away. He knows what is best for you and will heal you as you truly need it.

I turn to Jesus for healing and believe He can do it.

We human beings tend to get really attached to position power and money and belongings. Even those of us who have little.

I am focused on what Christ Said ...that it was easier for a camel to [ass through the eye of a needle than a rich man to get to heaven.
Salvation is the same for the rich as the poor, but the man that has so much stiff can find it very hard to follow Christ, to give it all up and twhen the rich man has all he needs and then some . it would be very hard. For a poor man living day to day what hope it would bring to trust God for his needs, it was pretty hopless before when he had nothing but to cling to the promise that god would provide wow.

We here in developed countries have much, even those who are our poor are not starving to death.

going on too much oops but think of one of those whose child hasnt ate in days that has resigned to lay down and die... What would there be to lose ...nothing and everything to gain.

thanks temp1e, I need encouraged tonight after a message I had.Did not think this was negative, just realistic. I am kept humbled by god who has bestowed so much on us, but with that we have a responsibility to love others sacrifically.

We all have paths to follow unfortunatly somoe dont but there are those who become martyres for Jesus and there are special crowns for them.
