First thing is from the flesh....why? why? it could be about serious or simple questions. But like what has been said - it probably won't matter when we get there. We will be in such awe, that all of those questions we have now won't mean anything. I am with kayswhims...i wonder if Jesus would spit me out knowing how awful I am and can be at times... thank goodness for forgiveness. I would be toast.

With what I've lived through, I had my questions. But I finaly became like Job...Tho He slay me, yet will I trust Him. And like the 12 disciples that stayed with Jesus when He said a hard saying, ( You must eat my flesh and drink my blood or you have no part in me), Where else can we go for the words of eternal life?....... He is. I am. I know who He is. And I know who I am in Him. The other things don't mean much to me anymore. They could come up with some way to prove the bible and Jesus never existed, and I will still believe. I know Him. He has made Himself known to me. I'm not saying I don't wonder about things, but I am different then just a few yrs back. My sweet Jesus is every answer to every question. I'm so gratefull that He has strengthened my faith more and more. And I know He will keep on till I am with Him. I can hardly wait to be with Him. But I know there is work yet to be done.

The age of the earth isn't too old. If you go by the bible it is only about 6500 years old, give or take. Or You could go by carbon dating which isn't reliable or is misinterpreted either way :)

I SAW A SPECIAL ON THE HISTORY CHANNEL THAT SAID THE EARTH WAS 450 BILLION YEARS OLD ACCORDING TO GEOLOGISTS. I DON'T THINK I'VE EVER ROLLED MY EYES SO MUCH IN DISBELIEF AS THEY EXPLAINED WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE EARTH FOR THE LAST 450 BILLION YEARS. BUT THE IRONIC PART WAS THEY GOT ALL OF THEIR "FACTS" FROM PEOPLE AFTER THE YEAR 1800. IT'S AMAZING TO ME HOW "ALL OF A SUDDEN THERE WERE ANIMALS, AND THEN THE ANIMALS MATED AND FORMED AN INTELLIGENT HUMAN. IT WAS WAY TO MUCH BULL FOR ME TO SWALLOW.

6000 TO 6500 YEARS OLD SOUNDS A WHOLE LOT MORE REALISTIC TO ME, AND CAN BE INTELLIGENTLY CALCULATED BY THE WORD OF ABSOLUTE TRUTH.

Where did Cain and Abel get there wives?

Abel was murdered by Cain. If he had a wife, the bible does not mention her. Cain had to have married his sister because these verses help us understand this.

1Cor chapter 15; verse 45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

Genesis chapter 3 verse 20, â??And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.â??

Genesis chapter 5 verse 4 And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters:

Many people who do there genealogy of their family tree trace back through to the 1500's, very few make it to the 12 tribes of Israel, but when they do, the genealogy from the bible takes them back to Adam and Eve. We all descend from Adam and Eve. The law forbidding marriage to close family members occured with the Law of Moses.

Cain did not commit a sin against God by marrying his sister. God told Adam and Eve to be fruitful and multiply. Adam and Eve's genetic code (DNA) would have been perfect. Genetic code eventually breaks down just like other things in our bodies. Adam and Eve and several generations of their children and grandchildren lived for hundreds of years.

I forgot to mention genetics. Our DNA shows that we all living humans trace back to oa single female - Scientific term - Mitochondrial Eve. and also trace back to a single male - Scientific term - Y chromosomal Adam. If more data comes out they could explain the genetic bottleneck with the biblical account of the flood.

So many questions. As with scientists today, every discovery brings more questions than it answers. So on the scientific front, I want to know all the things scientists are trying to learn. As a very simple example scientists have no idea what makes magnets attract with nothing touching. I would love to ask about magnets, but I tend to think God may leave us with some things to discover. Discovery is fun, and we'll have an eternity.

But there will also be History, and all the stories of the lives throughout the ages, and the unseen and un-noticed ways that God has helped us. Those stories and recounting of our lives will fascinate me for a long time. When we hear what REALLY happened, many of our questions about God and the suffering we see around us will vanish, because it will all make sense.

I also want to explore the universe and meet the angels and all God's creations. That is not a verbal question unless you think of it as "What else is there?"

Compared to Adam at 900+ years, we're all just kids, and I have to admit at 50 I am still a kid at heart. I am looking forward to just being a kid again in Heaven.

You would be surprised how many people think heaven will be boring floating on clouds all day...lol

Like you I am fascinated by the things of God I already hear and see. Heaven will no doubt be magnified. God can make something out of nothing for me to enjoy. Jesus is preparing a place for us right now.

I am 45 and I have a lot of things to talk about and I love to listen to elderly people tell me about their childhood. I love to listen to people give their testimony of there life before Christ and after. I love to learn about my ancestors and have a glimpse of what their life was like.

Adam will probably show us that he does not have a belly button. He will probably tellus what it felt like when God gave him Eve. He will hug me and tell me he loves me. Hewill know longer be a name on a page. Abundant things to discover and embrace. No I don't think I will be bored at all :)

I've thought up another one. I'm going to ask Him, "What kind of things were at the very deepest part of the bottom of the ocean?"

Wishing, oh sweetie, I was waiting for that one. Seeing as it has always been my question. Free will is not much of an answer is it? Everyone has free will. I finaly just had to trust God that He knows the big pic, and I don't. I don't think he allows children to be hurt or other atrocities, for some greater good. I have a hard time with that being godly reasoning. I pray you can trust God, even with what you have seen, or been through. I had to. It was that or spiritual death for me. I take this to say, we don't have to wait until we get to Heaven to ask our questions...What do you think?

Yes God answers questions and somethings are beyond our understanding some have to wait until we get to heaven, but some questions He does not answer because He has His reasons,like what hour is Jesus coming back.

I don't believe as physical human beings living in this flesh can we begin to comprehend heavenly things. It's just too much for our minds to handle. When we become transformed into our heavenly selves will we really know the answers to our deepest questions.
