I turned in the application for water pipes repair to the city and the person who is in charge of this housing rehabilitation program said she is the one who will come inside our house to look at the problem, not a repair person. I need to get our house cleared out as much as I can so the clutter won't become a serious issue with the city. If it does, I will ask the adult protective service to help. They were going to help when the man who came with the ambulance tried to get us in trouble but backed out and let me do it myself. What I plan to do right now is to throw out old things in the basement and move things on the first floow down there which is a lot of work. The city may take a long time to get to repair our water pipes which are near our kitchen sink under the kitchen floor. What the leaky pipes are doing right now is pushing water up into our kitchen floor and spray it down to the basement. We qualify for help from the city for this plumbing issue for having low income. It is a housing rehabilitation program. We will get vinyl floor mat replacement in the repair process since the old one has cuts and cracks on it which is how the water leaks through the floor mat and gets on the floor. It is a big mess. Please pray that I will have energy to get the house to look less cluttered before the woman from the city comes so she won't get our house condemned. Thank you for our prayers.
