Yesterday, I have been struggling with whether I should stay in Oregon for a while longer and remain at my church, but there's such a strong yearning within myself to move to southern Texas, closer to Latin America and closer to the prospective territory to reach Hispanics for Christ. I have a strong desire for learning Spanish in which I'm doing arbeit slowly and attending a Hispanic Christian church. I just ask for prayer that the Lord will use me whether or not I will remain in the Portland, OR area or move 2,000 miles to the south-east. If it's the latter, I'm hoping to move there by the middle of next year, Lord willing. Yep, 2010 might just be about change after all--at least for me. Thank you!

I know your heart and how much you want to reach out to others that are in far much more need then we may know You have already been such a Blessing to so many others I Pray that the Lord will help you find Your Place too do His work . God Bless Your Friend Dan.

Thank you, Dan. I appreciate the prayer. That has been a big struggle of mine because I have my family and friends here and it's hard to say "good bye". I know I can keep in touch, but this is still a big issue. Also, I have the option to wait a little longer, but the burning in my heart is intense.

i think that wonderful that God put such a burning desire in your heart to help hispanics...they do get forgotten so often (not by God) but by people...your in my prayers..via con Dios..(hope i spelled that right)

Go for it, know is very hard to leave family and friends and move to a strange place, but if the Lord is behind it he knows everything we need and even want. Go, do the Lords work and relax he will take care of you in all things.
