Hi, welcome back. I am glad you are back to join the conversations. It has been quiet here. I am 71, female and was born and grew up in Thailand and came to the US when I was 25 and am married to a white American man.

Please make yourself comfortable. I joined DS and this group in 2020 I believe in April. I hope you will feel comfortable in this group and find support and friendship. Please don't be discouraged if you don't see quick replies. I check the posts daily and will reply to every post. I hope you are doing fine today.

Hello, TennesseeKid, I have been on here off and on, with other nicknames, for a long time also. I am trying to write more journals myself. To get it out of my head.

Welcome and glad you have joined this group. It can be slow but sometimes people don't look every day and sometimes we do.

    I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying.  I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there.  I think that I will start writing in it again.  It's so therapeutic.

    Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job.  It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it.  Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown.  There was a full length mirror in the changing room.  I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like.  It was a reality check.
