Yes. I've had that happen. I don't necessarily believe in coincidences. But I believe intuition is a God thing. Thanks for the post. Something to think about.

I believe it's gods whisper... a few years ago my husband and I experienced financial difficulties. We were stressed out. This one particular morning I left the house and my spirit said go back home. I was totally against it because I hate being late for work. But in obedience I turned around. When I made it back home, ( I was about 25 minutes away) I found my husband at home in what appeared to have been a suicide attempt. I don't want to imagine what might have happen if I did not return home that day. I have learned to listened to the spirit when He speaks to me.

I don't believe in coincidence. I think everything has a reason for happening. I believe that the Lord watches ove us every second of the day. Pray continually to the Lord and he will grant you the requests of your heart. I like to think that God whispers all day long to us.

Yes, that happens to me alot & I don't beleive in coincidence. I beleive everything happens for a reason. I beleive in God whispers, but I also believe in intution too.

That's what happens to me all the time! I didn't know if it was God's whisper or just something I had made up in my mind. I guess intuition IS God's Whisper.

I believe what shtiya says...intuition IS God's whisper. We don't give God credit for things that 'pop up' in our minds.. God speaks to us all day I believe, but if we're not in tune with Him and praying to Him daily.. spending quality time with Him, we're not going to recognize His voice and KNOW that is Him giving us these warnings, 'heads up', or simply thoughts..
I'm so glad He spoke to Keona and Keona recognized it .. amen. I am learning to listen to the Spirit TOO when He speaks to me! AND, I'm learning to give HIM credit and not just a mere thought that passed through my head...

A big AMEN to les's reply!!!!!! Those little promptings that we have I believe are the spirit whispering to us. We need to constantly be in tune to those whisperings and ACT on them!!!!!! Just think about all the times that something came into your mind that you thought was a little different, or that maybe you didn't have time, and later you found out differently. Listen to those whisperings!!!! Kenoa is a prime example of listening and then ACTING on those whisperings!!!!
Example: a couple of months ago I was going to my daughter's house 30 miles away. I had told her that I was going to bring back something that she had left at the house the last time she was visiting. Well no more than a half mile after leaving I realized that I had forgot to get what she had left. Now it wasn't important that she get back her waffle iron right away. But the thought came to me to turn around and go back and get it. I really didn't want to but I did. When I got to her town a 6 car pile up had happened 5 mins before I got there. What do you think would have happened had I not gone back for that waffle iron? Yes, I would have been in the middle of that accident!!!
God watches out for us but we also have to be in tune with the spirit and ACT on those promptings that He gives us!!!!!

Yes, that's the Holy Spirit. I believe he speaks to us everyday. I'll share one instance that happened to me. I planned on going to visit my grandma that lived alone one day. I went to get groceries and when I came home and bringing in the groceries I had this over whelming feeling that I had to hurry to my grandma's. I only put away my milk and left all the bags on the counter. I went to her house and knocked and she didn't come to the door, so I went in yelling for her. I found her laying on the bathroom floor and couldn't hardly talk, her heart was racing. I had to call 911 and the ambulance came and took her to the hospital. So, if you ever get something like that you need to go with it. I'm so Thankful that I listened to what God was prompting me to do. We need to be sensitive to HIM and listen. God is good!

If you are sanctified, I believe that your intuition becomes God's whisper!

I think if we stay "prayed up" and "read up" the holy spirit works as one with our intuition. If we fill ourselves up with the Lord, these things aren't coincidences. Our spirits abound with TRUTH.

but when we falter and become lukewarm, then not so much. just mho.
