It is good to go to church .
Do not give up .
Just because some of the members are not real does not mean all of us CHRISTians are not grounded in the TRUTH of The Holy Savior.
You may want to avoid non-CHRISTian friends who may be weakening your walk with JESUS .

"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.". Hebrews 10"24-25
As for these hypocrites, I am wondering who you are to judge? If these people are off course, maybe God has you there to be a model of what God expects. If you leave, they will not have that.
But if things are so bad, then find another group to fellowship with. There is no such thing as a "solo" Christian. We are called the "body" of Christ for a reason. Because we need each other to function. If you leave, the body will be impoverished. You will take your gifts and no one will benefit from them. And, the you will not receive the gifts of others.
You are focusing on yourself. You have not said, "I prayed and God told me to leave." That would have some meaning, not your judgement meted out against these people. Perhaps they are not even saved? I know in the last 3 churches I have been the pastor has always mentioned how there are so many people who have sat in the pews their whole lives and they are not saved. Maybe God wants you to lead them to Christ?
Have you talked with your pastor? Because that is the right thing to do. He may not even know what is going on, and might be able to intervene. Or, if he is part of the problem, he needs to hear it directly from you, as the Bible commands.
"If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother. 16 But if he does not listen, take one or two others along with you, that every charge may be established by the evidence of two or three witnesses. 17 If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church. And if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector." Matt. 18:15-18
Until you go through the above process, you are out of God's will!
And if you have done all of this, not in anger, and it is God's will for you to leave, nor your immature flesh, then the task is to find another body where you.can fellowship. It is never an option to sit at home, if you are able to get off your bed, and get to a body of believers.
My thought, Christopher, is that you are not reading the Bible and growing in the knowledge of God's will. Whatever happens, push yourself to read the whole Bible. Actually, over and over till the day you die. That is a big way we get to know God better. I think your understanding of what being a Christian is, is very shallow, based on how people treat you. And while it truly is not nice if fellow Christians are being cruel or abusive in some way to you, God really does use all that for good.
"And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28
Are you looking for God's good in this situation? I know he wants you to be looking for it!
If I were you, I would pray for God to help me see the people I attend church with, with His eyes. We are called to be salt and light. If you are salt and light and stop fellowship, then where will all those needing an example look to?

Which is just why many chose to stay home. I've been where you are mentally, yet finally (in Gods time?) found a nice group of Christian ladies as a small group. Are they perfect? Of course not. But I see most are sincerely trying to grow in the Lord. If you need a break, take it. That does NOT put you out of Gods will! Maybe you need sometime alone with God. But please don't give up on all Christian fellowship. The thing is, we can't really put our trust and faith in other people, they will usually let us down in one way or another. So it really needs to be God we put our trust in. Trust and pray that he will bring the right people into your life at the right time, and also for His guidance. I will too! I stand by what I said. I hope and pray Christopher either reconciles and stays, or finds another church. I think there were transportation difficulties, in the past, if I remember correctly. Maybe that is not the case. But he needs a church to fellowship in!
Also, it is better to look for the good in people. I still wonder if Christopher has done that? I've left a few churches in the past, but more because of the leadership, than the members. You have to give a bit of grace to the membership, because the way the pastor leads can be a big influence. And if the pastor is not leading, well, that is a whole different story. A church I left in about 2012, because the pastor was totally off track, eventually all the members left for the same reasons even people who were there for 20 0r more years. In retrospect, the pastor should have been told to start preaching from the Bible again, and if he didn't, he should have been asked to leave. But that is another story!
So yes, there are definitely reasons to move on. But if Christopher is just having some issues with other congregation members, he does need to go through the Biblical steps to reconciliation before he leaves. I'm sorry if I didn't make myself clear on that!
