I couldn't agree more. I have no idea why my mind always gravitates towards the negative, and I am so tired of it! I'm working on it!

today, God blessed me with beautiful weather, some nice phone calls, little bit of time to myself, and some peace. I'm not even going to mention anything bad that happened. = )

Today was very quiet so I had alot of time to think and reflect. I searched for some things that helped me understand how my past effects my health right now. I also thank God for people he has put in my path. It is exciting to hear how God is working in their lives.

THIS IS VERY TRUE. AND IT IS SO EASY TO DWELL ON OUR PAIN. WE NEED TO DWELL MORE OF OUR BLESSINGS. IT WOULD MAKE US A HAPPIER PERSON.

I have been out for a walk since and as i wandered through the park I am thankful for the beauty of God's wonderful creation. The leaves are just beginning to fall here in the UK which drew my thoughts to Ecclesiastes.......... There is a time for everything: and a season for every activity under the sun.
