My mind today is what should we do as Christians who love our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I believe the number one thing is to make Him number one in our lives.

How do we do that?

Serve Him in the capacity He has given you. How do we know what capacity? The answer lies with us praying and also reading the Bible. When we know the gift He has given us, we need to serve Him eagerly with that gift. Remember the parable of the talents that Jesus taught?

The more we serve Him in this way, the more light we can shine in this darkened world. So, eagerly serve the Lord by listening to Him and going out to serve in the various ministries He has bestowed upon us.

Eager Service. I'm not too sure that there is any better type of service for Jesus and God. Good post.

    My husband and I got our foster license last month, after 3 years of hard work (we had to start over multiple times due to family dramas and Mom's open heart surgery). We spent a year preparing the whole house, guest rooms, and children's bathroom for older kids of 7 yr old and up. Then we got a call that we have been approved to receive twin newborn premies. What, what?!! Babies!? Premies?!...
