Everything is coming undone. My dad said he wash't in love with my mom anymore, and he left. I don't blame him at all, I guess I understand, though I wish I could be mad at him because it might be easier.
My mom is falling apart though. And my heart is breaking for her. I don't know what to do, say, or how to help. She can't stop crying. I can just feel the despair coming from her.
Can't tell how I feel. I'm just very confused and jarred. I feel like I'll wake up from all of this or something. My eating problems are getting bad, I've self harmed a lot already, cutting twice in one night, I'm drinking and taking old hydrocodone. I'm a mess. I don't know what to do.

Might seem unfair, right? I don't really have much to say but please, pretty please, stop harming yourself. I know things are not going really well. You may cry, scream, curse, or be mad in any way you want but once it done, that's enough. Just don't let yourself sink in grieve. You've got the power to make it better! Don't let all these bad things mold you into a mess; mold all those problems into tiny piece and throw them all away to the bin! You can empower your mom to get over your dad and just move on with your life.
Your parents, they might be broken, but you're not!
