Hi I have been trying to cope with recently learning that will unable to have children. What makes it harder is that I have a twin sister who has four kids, never had any issues with her fertility. We are identical and doctors have been unable to explain the difference. I found out my infertility issues by surprise, my husband and I went in to get options because my husband has a genetic disorder that make him unable to have kids. got quite the surprise when after my initial testing found that my ovaries are failing-they call it premature ovarian failure. We attempted IUI/IVF treatments without success, then attempted donor egg as well with my sister but that fell through. I guess I am having a hard time accepting that fact that will never have any children. My sister and I always pictures us having kids together. whenever I found out that a family member is expecting I breakdown into a heavy mess and fall into a rut. To make matters worse my other sister who has only been married for 3 months called to tell me that she is expecting, I felt happiness but anger and sadness all over again. I guess my question is how do you cope with this? will this feeling of anger/sadness/resentment ever go away. I am sick of people asking me do I have any children and that I have time, not really sure who to answer these questions.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
We tried everything over the course of about 20 years (with cancer in between). We were told that both of us are completely normal/healthy, yet nothing worked. It would have been a small comfort to at least know what is wrong, but we never did find out. I'm still in that grief cycle that gets better and then worse in miserable waves.
I have found you and I'm not alone. That is a huge step in the right direction.
