I have been fighting a custody case for my daughter against the state since December 10th, 2015. She was removed from my home because me and my ex (not the father of my daughter) got into a domestic dispute that was becoming violent, he was knocking over the christmas tree and breaking stuff in the house while I was trying to get my 7 month old daughter to bed, so I called the cops. CPS showed up at my house the next day and removed my daughter from the home. The attorney I was appointed misinformed me of what was going on and what rights I had in my present situation and a week after she was removed from my care, my car broke down so I had lost my form of transportation. After months of depression and separation anxiety, they changed my permanency goal from reunification/adoption and in June 2016 they had changed the goal to adoption. I turned my life around and got my GED within a month and enrolled in college majoring in Legal Studies, I attended all the classes they asked me to and my attorney informed me that I was going to get her back at my next court date in December 2016. At that court date I was informed that my likelyhood of getting my daughter back was slim because she was in the care of the foster home for almost a year and I had previously found out I was pregnant with my second child. I then turned to my mother for her to adopt because I needed to focus on my pregnancy and I couldn't deal with the stress of the court treating me like I was a criminal. I just had my final court date today and because of being misinformed from my attorney, I wasnt told to file my consent to termination of my parental rights so that my mother could adopt and they terminated my parental rights today and the foster family is moving to adopt... I will likely never see my daughter again and I am traumatized... I feel as if I'm dealing with a death of a child... My little girl and I just... I'm having trouble dealing...

Any support would be greatly appreciated... I'm falling apart.
