My stbx is living with his mistress and their two kids (both toddlers) from their affair, She has three kids of her own which have three fathers.
Upon finishing angermanegment classes and finally being able to get our two kids on everother weekend. My stbx called me and gave me a half a dozen reasons why he thought it would be "in the best interst of the kids and me" to move with family out of the state. WTF!?
He said that he could see the kids on holidays and summers. Because I happen to know for a fact that he has absolutely NO regard for our children's feeling or me. He has caused his own children deliberate pain and suffering that was TOTALLY UNNESASARY. I am wondering........

What could his scheme be? Why do you think he is asking this? They wanted the kids more know that they are going to get them he hits me with this.

I forgot to add that she is recieving child support though they live together. I havn't recieve support for three years. They just started garnishing his wages and I have not even recieved a check yet for the kids. He complains constantly that they are taking out too much, but he NEVER complained about his mistress garnishing his wages.
I dont know if these things have anything to do with anything but, from experience I know they constantly plot and scheme.

Question: Why is he not paying support for your's/his children? Could it be that he thinks that if you are in a different state that you can't go after support? Or does he feel that with all of you further away it will just be "easier" on him not to have to deal with the situation? My ex has not paid support either in almost 3 years. I needed to go back to court to get a court order - didn't have money to hire an attorney. So, I'm going through Child Support Enforcement now to see if they can help. You would think they would want to help support their children, wouldn't you? My ex only has one child to pay for....your's on the other hand has more. guess he wasn't thinking when he decided to make more children with his mistress, huh? My brother had 3 kids with his wife, they divorced, then he got his gf pregnant twice. Then he wanted to complain about having to pay support for the first three! Pissed me off.

Hey, Julski. Yeah, that sucks when parents don't want to take care of their children. That is good that you are proceeding with the necessary steps to recieve yours and your childs money.
Let me clarify something. They ARE garnishing his wages AGAIN for OUR two kids. It took so long cuz he keep filling for continuances,and fukking up the paperwork. I should FINALLY be recieve my share of the children's and my funds.

Hey, he is a jerk. I sometimes STILL can't believe it. He had the nerve to tell our son that what he did was, "normal". I told my son. That yes, sometimes people fall out of love or get divorce. But, getting another woman pregnant, having two families in secret and doing all the things that were done to us, IS NOT NORMAL.
I do NOT want my son to grow up thinking it is normal and okay to cheat on his wife, be abusive towards his family and try to leave his kids without a crust of bread while he is enjoying prime rib with a hoe.
