The judge would, most definitely, take this information into consideration; especially if the ex exhibits this behavior in front of your child. That...is a big no no.
Currently, we are waiting for our conciliation report, before going to hearing. During the conciliation process, I made sure the individual doing the evaluations was informed of the way my ex would speak to me in front of our child, and how he treated me during our relationship. I had text messages to back up my claims, including one he had sent to our child that referred to me in a nasty manner. She called him out on it, and lectured him about how abusive language is not okay; especially, when referring to your child's parent. They make a big deal about co-parenting and communication. So, it's not going to really look good on his part, if you're showing that you have been trying to be an adult about this whole thing, and he has made communication next to impossible.
I seriously hope things go well for you, for your child's sake. Hopefully, the ex will realize that through his actions to try and hurt and upset you, he is hurting your child, and will knock it off.
