My OM's wife knows he and I are friends. So we imposed as long as I don't text him 'relationship stuff' then we are fine. I'm the one that imposed not texting after work hours so my BF doesn't see. I request that if he needs to talk for any reason, he should send me an email. If he text me, I would probably flip out. My initial reaction would be to hide it, not text back saying I'm not available.

Just my situation on it...a bit reversed from yours.

Well, the ones I text are both single...and my phone is password-protected and I enter them in my contacts with women's names. When I was with the one who was also married, I was free to text him whenever, too, as his phone was not only password-protected but untraceable (he is a detective).

I agree totally with you Cindy especially when he sends the first text and I respond, and he doesn't answer... ugh
We have gotten in so many fights because you can't hear if it's a joke or not and it gets out of hand.. hate texting..!!
I have him password protected invaded he texts when I'm with h. I have a cool texting app that allows me Keep him in a private place that I need to enter a password to see his text..
Why can't things go back to a simple call.. ?????

I have had no response to my text this morning. Maybe that is not a bad thing (I wrote about it in my journal). I am schizoid, in a way. One half of my brain thinks that I am insane to want to see AFF guy again, as he does not care for me at all. The other side of my brain wants him as often as possible.

Men are generally lacking in communication skills. Regardless of the issue- too much- not enough- just wrong. My dad was an "ad man" and very verbose. Very intelligent guy, but just STFU sometimes!

My H is a talker, but when it some to ANYTHING with any emotional currency he turns into a blank wall.

My BF HATES texting and is really bad at it, but calls and calls and calls...and then will post all sorts of shit to FB, and email. I know that he can actually type full sentences, paragraphs even, but not to me. Grrr...

My OM just recently got his first Android phone (he apparently doesnt like technology, LOL) and swears up and down that he doesn't know how to text on it. He lies, I have showed him and he has had me put numbers in his phone for him and seen conversations he has had with other people about work.
