I really think I am depressed, and not just sad, clinically depressed. I really think I need professional help and not talking marriage counseling. I am not a proponent of taking medications, I don't even like taking Aspirin, has anyone gone beyond MC for help? And if so what worked and what didnt.

just to keep in mind.. meds and side effects are different for different people.. just because it states certain side effects doesnt mean you will experience every side effect.. I have taken them myself, and i didnt get all the side effects it stated.. you may get some of them, but they may be less than what they could be..and you may experience non of them too..they effect people differently...
