just watching House Hunters, couple in Amsterdam, renting, $4000 a month! Houses in the north for $600,000! You could get a mansion here for that! My 3300 sq ft house payment is only $875. gotta love the south.

I have a house in Maryland I rent for 1950/mo. and its only 1600 sf. My mortgage is significantly less...so sometimes its ok to be in the east too. :)

Thank you Rosewater...yes let's share a little OT levity every now and again! I LOVE the real estate shows! I have a $1400 budget to find a rental in my city and it's a challenge to find a decent 1 bedroom! A few years ago I rented a "decent" - very pleasant...but modest little sweet house in 90077 (look it up...one of the most expensive zips in the country) for $2400...good grief!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
