I went out with some friends to the club and danced with a bunch of people. It was sexual dancing but we never touched each other or did anything. No kissing no touching barely any flirting just dancing. I feel so bad like I cheated. I've digitally cheated in the past and my fiancée has forgiven me. But I'm scared he's going to call off the engagement if I tell him. He knows I go dancing and that it's sexual. He even has asked about it before. He doesn't like it when I bring it up so I'm so scared to bring it up. I feel terrible though

Hey! So glad you found this place it can really help to talk to others who are going through similar situations. After reading your post I really feel like you’re judging yourself super harshly. This is such a minor infraction even though it might not seem that way to you. We are all human and we all make mistakes. It sounds like you’re fiancé is a great and understanding person. I would give yourself some grace and forgive yourself. It may involve changing your behavior to not go out and dance with other guys anymore. Or just change your behavior a little bit if you so continue to go out. If he doesn’t like it when you bring it up I would say just leave it alone and learn to forgive yourself. Please. I know it can be so hard, I struggle every day to forgive myself. But you have to if you want to be with him and have a happy life.

Try and be easy with yourself. That isn’t anything to be too rough on yourself for.

In the end it it’s something that you can’t live without then talk to your fiancé about it. Get their thoughts and then make your thoughts known. Communication is key and don’t make a decision or condemn yourself with incomplete information.
