We are buying a new house on contingency that we sell our house. We have put down earnest money to hold the house we have found. The problem is that we have run into a snag selling our home. We have to replace a large deck in the front of our townhouse before we can sell. Once we get the money which should come Monday or Tuesday, we can start showing the house again. We really don't want to lose the house we have put the offer on. Will you please pray that we don't lose the house. It's perfect for us and we really want it. It is a larger home, which we desperately need.
