When I was saved years ago my loneliness went away and I've never felt that way since. I believe being part of God' people and a member of His household explains this for me.

This is a scripture that needs to be kept in context. No, I'm not fussing, Becky. But, people take scripture out of context all the time. This scripture almost stands alone. But, the scriptures before it is extremely important!! Paul was assuring the Gentiles they are now part of the same group as the Jews. The Jews of that time were very much into separation between their selves and any one who was not 100% Jew. This is why they had so much against the samaratains. The samaratains were half breads. They were a group of Jews who had intermarried with other races. But, that's a whole nother story.

Paul here, was assuring the Gentiles that they were part of the same group as the Jews because Jesus had broken the boundaries!
