I've finished my medical assisting associate's degree. When I did my externship, despite starting out having some problems, I came to love drawing blood. Funny, that was the one thing I was really scared to do at first. Anyway, I have the opportunity to take a phlebotomy class to continue my education in drawing blood and getting certified in it. I don't know if it's God's will for me or not. Will you please pray that God will give me the direction I need? This could change the whole direction of my future career. The class is 8 weeks long.

Feelinghelpless, yes, I did learn to draw blood in school, I just didn't get much experience in it so when I went to the cancer clinic and had to do it a lot, I was afraid at first. Turned out to be OK though.
