Cerebral Palsy Support Group
Cerebral palsy or CP is the most common childhood physical disability. It is a permanent physical condition that affects movement. There is no cure for cerebral palsy, but various forms of therapy can help a person with the disorder to function more effectively. If you or a loved one has cerebral palsy, join the group to share your experience or get advice from others.
I deal with left spastic hemiplegia and have worked with chiropractors for about 20 years. I "shopped around" and have seen my current chiro for the past nine years. Though, he's not the run-of-the-mill chiro but specializes in upper cervical care -NUCCA, rather than cracking of the back. He is my ninth chiro after shopping around, and I drive an hour and a half for the appointments. Yes, his procedures do provide relief for neck, shoulder, and back pain I experience. He is the only professional I see these days for relief. I'm in Michigan and there are only about a dozen of the NUCCA chiros in the state, so that's how specialized is this type of chiropractic care. You can check the website
NUCCA.com
To search for a practitioner in your state. I hope this helps.
