Celiac disease is an auto-immune disorder of the digestive system that occurs in genetically-predisposed individuals. I was tested for mycoplasmas, but was diagnosed with chronic Epstein Barr Virus. At the time my doctor mentioned that Olive Leaf Extract was good for either one. She also suggested a supplement called Lauricidin, which is purported to be good for both. These supplements help to keep me healthy, probably because they are immune boosters as well as anti-bacterial and anti-viral.
