Does anyone have a GF mix without corn starch and potato starch?
I am allergic to corn and potatoes.

For GF all-purpose flour, I mix white rice flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, arrowroot starch, and tapioca starch (with a 2-to-1 ratio of flours to starches). Also, in recipes, I often substitute arrowroot for cornstarch or potato starch. Hope this helps.

America's Test Kitchen has a gluten free cook book with all these measurements for different flours for different types of baking. They mix them like Nanny says to do. You can get it on Amazon. We really like the book and the recipes.
