Celiac Disease Support Group
Celiac disease is an auto-immune disorder of the digestive system that occurs in genetically-predisposed individuals. It is characterised by damage or flattening to all or part of the villi lining the small intestine, which interferes with the absorption of nutrients. This damage is caused by eating anything with gluten (gliadin), a protein found in wheat, rye, and barley...

This might not exactly explain your problem. But there are many others there that go into all the issues with grains and such.
To start with celiac, we really need to eat only fresh meat, veggies, and fruits for at least 6 months. That gives the body time to heal fully. Then add in processed “gluten free” foods. You’d be amazed how many of those actually contain too much gluten. For instance, Snyder’s GF pretzels tested at 58,000ppm – essentially made from wheat. Then there is General Mills and their oat flour based products like Cheerios. There are all sorts of articles about their dangerous and totally contaminated process for using oats.
If you’d like, I will send you some links to consumer advocate groups that test products to find the actual PPM.
If you want doctors to “diagnose” you will have to continue to eat gluten, ask for a celiac panel that includes genetic testing and Iga testing. Here is a link:

You likely have more symptoms of celiac than you realize. We get used to so much pain that we don’t realize how sick we feel all the time. It is a way that any species survives. The list of symptoms is extremely long and can include symptoms of many other diseases. If the doctors are finding nothing else wrong, there is a good chance you have celiac/NCGS. It is called the great imitator because malnutrition affects the entire body.
