My brother actually talked to the insurance company. He told them to send the quote to the underwriter. But I called the company earlier and got them to send me the quote. I hope I didnt mess up anything. I told mom she should call the company in a couple of days to make sure that the underwriter has it.
I told mom that if this insurance doesnt work out she has to renew her current policy. She says brother will have fit if she goes back. It was double the cost of all the quotes I had gotten. I kept telling her she has to have home insurance. She agrees, but brother wii drive her crazy. I say i dont care. She say you dont have to live with him, i do!

This and most problems with her are so frustrating, and make me emotionally sick.

It sounds like you need to make a list of things that your mother does, things about her environment, and their impact on her health. You might need help from a medical professional. Look at the list and ask yourself if your mother is living a life that puts her at serious risk.

If so, then it may be time to get social services involved. From what you have written here and elsewhere, it sounds like your brother's living there is a danger to her health. Part of social services could be an analysis that will determine if brother should be allowed to live with her or not.

Situations are driving this situation to a point where you will have to make some hard decisions. How is your support system in real life? We are here for you on the forum, but that has a lot of limits. Friends and other family in real life are going to be key for you.

I don't have much of a support system in real life. Adult protective services was called out a few years ago and did nothing. A social worker told me they won't do anything unless it's a really bad case. Physically he is helping her health. He takes her to doctors all the time and helps with bandages or other physical things. Like putting new tennis balls on her walker. I had to force the issue once for a health reason. But it was emotionally draining. And I dont want to do again unless I have to.
