We all need to be reminded to care for ourselves very deliberately.
I was soaking my feet in a clove oil -salt bath while reading some of the suggestions.

But seriously, Deb has been such a good friend to me, and Deb, ....i'm trying like hell to lighten up, and I did take a few days off to unwind from this emotional ride, in trying to find Mom good care, and find out what and who pays for what.
All I want is for my mom to be happy, and she told me last night, that she thinks i'm doing a wonderful job at everything for her.
That meant the world to me. I had a rough night last night with Val, so I was pretty down in the dumps.
This group means a lot to me, and I thank each and everyone of you, for welcoming me, with open arms and an open mind and heart.

I only wanted the best for my mom too. She has had a very hard life and now it's time for her to kick her feet up a bit.
I found her a place through aplaceformom.com. I am one of the lucky ones here and have a parent who is a bit more independent than most. However, I took her car away which she is not happy about, but it is better than her hurting/killing herself and or others. She complains a lot, but she has always been like that and I just shrug it off the best I can.
I am sorry to hear about Debbear being booted.....especially when she needs us the most. Deb.... plz do some of the stuff on the list provided by Boo until you can get back on DS......even after you get back on......take care of yourself!
Miss you Bear! Hope the time of your incarceration goes by quickly!
