my mom had a cyst on her spine and one day it caused her huge problems... but she recovered from them
i wish i had some answers for you but i really dont know what to say... i keep cursing the dr's but then i delete it because i know most of them are doing all they can and trying their best to help... even if thats really really hard to see at times
i hope things get better for you and your family
*hugs*
I cannot imagine how your heart feels, but I understand your frustration with modern medicine. I have Epilepsy & the brain is the least understood part of the human body. I hate my Epilepsy, but am thankful this isn't 100 years ago. For having Epilepsy 100 or 200 years ago, I would have been either locked in an insane asylum or would have to endure endless exorcisms by priests to try to "cure the Devil in me".
I like hopefullyannon's suggestion of bringing your wife with you, but I don't know how involved that would be on your part. It just may be worth a little time researching...

i have tried year after year to get into a camp cook job. this year i gave up but someone called me from the ap i put in last year.i have built my career up for this exact opportunity. and now have to say no.
they have determined by the blood work that there is definetly cancer somewhere. now waiting on the latest mri results to determine if it is just the cyst or the whole spinal cord. i have been crying all night. i have lost my dream job and i may also loose the love of my life. seriously ? what next?
Hugs, MelodyJane
maybe you'll get another chance soon
i hope so anyway
Sometimes, Anniewinnie, it gets down to "let me get through the next five minutes" instead of One day at a time.
