Big hugs to you. It sounds like you are giving around the clock supervision and a safe environment. Have you checked on the alzheimer support group here on Daily Strength? they may have some tips for you.
As far as the bathroom issues, have you taken her to a urologist? Sounds like an overactive bladder problem and there are medications for that. My hubby had similar problems and is much better with a medication.
Hang in there! It is a hard job but you are a wonderful granddaughter to be there for her!
