Personally I think I am going to take a nap. I have noticed my own sleep pattern is a little disturbed and I am feeling angry towards Larry. I know I need the break. I have meals frozen in the freezer.
Take care of yourself. It is hard and sometimes feels "mean" but if you don't take care of you, you can't take care of your wife. I'm sure you have hear flight attendants tell parents to put their oxygen on FIRST before caring for their kids, or they both parish. You are in the same boat. Care for yourself well and you can care for your wife. If you don't take care of you, what happens to her??
