I'm glad you felt you could come here and vent. If you're like me it helps to know that you're not alone.

Not having little ones around means I don't have to have it be magic
I just try to enjoy the golden moments.
I blew up at my husband this afternoon. I didn't leave his side all day, and I went upstairs to put away laundry and was "leaving him for too long" and I lost it. being stuck in the house to nurse him is one thing, but not being able to leave the room? not so much.
anyway, maybe you can do a mulligan...a do over.
I was happy to see lots of family, but I wish I could post a photo of hubby in sulking mode....while I did dishes at every house I went to....Maybe we just expect too much of our lives sometimes...it really just is another day.
anyway, I hope today is better for both of you.
Sometimes I think of myself as a "solo parent". I'm not a single parent because I have a husband...but for the most part, I'm doing it on my own.
So sorry to hear about the loneliness each of you is dealing with.
