so went to farmers market yesterday. had a great time. met up with an old friend and even went for lunch.
really glad i got out. and my wife was ok. everything went smooth while i was away.
the weather was awesome too and being outside felt so nice. i was anxious the whole time i was away but it all was ok.
so i will plan another outing since everythign went so well and maybe next time i wont be so anxious while i am out and enjoy myself a little more

I am so excited for you for your next outing! Each time you go out, you will feel less anxiety, now that you know things went well. Oh, by the way- did you have that corn-on-the-cob slobbered with butter & pepper for me? LOL!
