I HAVE BEEN A CAREGIVER FOR OVER 9 YEARS, AND IT SAMES LIKE ITS NOT ENOUGH TIME IN THE DAY TO DO EVERYTHING AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR SELF TO, MY FRIEND I TAKE CARE OF IS A 75 YEAR OLD MAN , HE HAS FAMILY ,BUT THERE DON'T HELP ME WITH HIM , AND DON'T NEVER COME AROUND HIM AT ALL ,HE HAS COPD AND IS ON HIS LAST STAGE , WE JUST FOUNDED A HOUSE ,AND WE ARE BYING IT WITH HIS VA LOAN , AND NOW HIS KIDS WANT TO KNOW WHY HE DIDN'T DO IT SOONER , BUT THERE NEVER HELPED HIM GET HIS DREAM COME TRUE ,IT IS HIS FRIST HOUSE HE EVER HAD ,AND I AM THE ONE WHO DID ALL THE PAPER WORK ONTHIS HOUSE ,AND I THINK IT ARE TO BE MINE ,BUT I AN'T GOING TO FIGHT OVER IT , HIS KIDS THINK HE DON'T DESERVE ANY THING , I ALSO HAVE POWER ATT,OF THIS MAN TO , CAUSE HIS KIDS DON'T WANT TO BE PART OF HIS LIFE ,NOW WE HAVE THIS HOUSE , I THINK THERE ARE GOING TO START TROUBLE WITH US , WHAT CAN I DO TO PROTECT THIS MAN AND MY SELF ON THIS HOUSE ,SO HE CAN BE NOT WORRY ABOUT THIS , BRENDAQ
Do what you think is right and don't worry about the children.
I helped care for a family member but did insist on some modest financial help. One family member said she had some questions.. I apologized, explained that perhaps we had not done a good enough job and she could do better so I would be bringing the member to live with her house Sunday Night. Then I got some apologies and no more questions.
