I read through some of your posts and you sure have been through a lot. You seem like a strong woman. I know, in the moment, in the middle of feeling lonely, it probably doesn't feel that way. But you are Strong! Recently, in my difficult moments, I have found comfort in the simpleness of singing a song. For me, it's songs l learned in college during chapel or in church. I sing them to myself or outloud if appropriate. Amazingly, they bring comfort and releives some stress. Music soothes the soul.
