Site Slowness & Error Pages

Hi Team,


For the past day or two the site has been intermittently slow for myself and some CLs and members (we've received a handful of inquiries about it), and sometimes I've been getting "503 error" pages. I want you to know that we are looking into this; however, at this time that's all the information that I have. Of course, I will share more details as soon as I have them myself.

Still no good for me, much of the weekend I could not get in at all.

And this thread is now a month old.

You might have expected it to be fixed by now - the problems first appear several months back.

Strange when we were told on our call that the upgrade was primarily to improve the site reliability. So within a year the presumably much lighter DS (given all the deleted accounts) is more or less the same or actually worse.

I hope that there will be a call soon ... .. nudge..... It would be helpful to get some info for everyone's sake... People are feeling concerned

I think some of the frustration that's been on the Members Board is due to a lack of knowledge ... People are worried that DS is folding from what I've been reading.... It's hard to encourage members when we don't have any answers

There is a growing belief that DS is about to close which is on the member's group - I asked DS a week ago to comment and told it was going up the ladder.

Since then there are more threads and it seems someone has found something that might be interpreted as a break from ShareCare.

I've no idea what the situation is - I've said now several times to people both in public and in private that I don't believe DS is closing.

Really someone from DS needs to make a statement as the speculation is damaging.

It would be great to have an affirmation from DS, because whatever Sharecare's problems and the DS site's tech troubles as a whole, on DS PTSD we're in a good patch right now. Lots of new members have started supporting one another, doing the Daily Strength thing right. It's something to behold, especially now.

    Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.
