Login Issues Today (11/09/2017)

Hey Team,


In case you weren't aware, a lot of members were unable to login to DS for a handful of hours today. Members are now able to login again. We've identified the root of the problem and are working on a permanent fix. Fun fun fun.


I will be posting a brief message about this in the DSMC.

Thanks, Jesse, I myself tried two dozen times yesterday morning to no avail, so in the afternoon I created a vent thread on DS PTSD for my members who were frustrated by it with the promise that I'd pass the data on to you (without mentioning you by name, of course, don't want to make you a lightning rod).

I told them staff like you were on it and were passing reports of this kind of thing up the ladder. I sent you a link to the thread as I said to them I would, and today posted on the thread to them that all's well again today and still I'd sent reports of yesterday's trouble on to you.

Fun, fun, fun, I know. Thanks for making my promises come true! I'm glad I'll be able to tell them they were heard about yesterday and that what's more is that there's a permanent fix in the works.

    I'm feeling down,, and got alot on my mind right now.  I got grief going on, on top my depression and anxiety and now I got to worry about somewhere to live since I can't afford living here since my mom passed.  So many bad things have happened since my mom passed.  One thing after another it seems.  Yesterday our fence fell from a storm that hit, had to call someone to prop it up.  Thank...
